RED - No Gig! Band Member unavailable
Band Manager allows every band member the block out personal engagements, these are marked as red in calendar so that gigs are booked conflicted free. |

YELLOW - Tentative Gig Booking
Gigs that are not confirmed appear as yellow in the calendar. Putting a gig in tentatively allows band members to plan their schedules around for potential gigs. Tentative gigs are not published on the website. |

GREEN - Confirmed Gigs
Green items in the calendar are gigs that have been confirmed, confirmed gigs are published to a bands website. Band Manager stores your calendar for ever and has provision for you to store over 40 different pieces of information about each gig! Everything had been thought of from sound check time to travel notes, notes for the public, start times, all ages, venue contact...the list goes on! Band members can display individual gigs details, or send (via email) a gig work sheet of upcoming gigs so that everyone is clear about where there have to be and when.
There is also post gig facilities for you to keep track of finances, audience size and set lists. All the data can be exported into Excel for further analysis.

BLUE and PURPLE
We know these are not typical traffic-light colours, but if you are using Band Manger to keep track of gigs and personal bookings it makes sense to put in other band related bookings...right?
Rehearsals appear as blue, while music industry events are marked as purple. |

Address Book
As your band matures you come into contact with all sorts of people from mixers, lighting producers and venue managers to press contacts, producers and media.
Band Manager has an inbuilt secure unlimited address book that allows bands to store these contact details so that they can be organised, sorted, imported and exported making sure this important contact information is never lost. |
